ATTENTION RESIDENTS IN THE AREA OF GRANT STREET, MCGUIGAN WAY, AND GRAPE ALLEY: Based upon a review of public safety, the following areas will be PROHIBITED FROM PARKING motor vehicles:
GRANT STREET – NO PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE STREET.
MCGUIGAN WAY – NO STREET PARKING ON MCGUIGAN WAY. DRIVEWAY PARKING ONLY.
GRAPE ALLEY – NO PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE STREET. NO PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STREET WITHIN 30 FEET OF THE INTERSECTION OF MCGUIGAN WAY.
The reason for these changes is solely for the purpose of safety. In the event of an EMERGENCY, the current parking conditions will not allow for emergency vehicles, specifically fire department apparatuses, to access these immediate areas. While we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our residents, please know that we are unable to compromise on your safety and the safety of your neighbors. NO PARKING SIGNS WILL BE POSTED THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 17, 2025
